Every year Rishilpi welcomes supporters and friends to its campus, every year people from 9 to 99 years old visit us for 1 month or more, having an unforgettable experience, teaching what they can, learning new skills, sharing days, thoughts and aspirations, participating in our projects in education, health, water. Volunteering can be short or long term, depending on your availability, enhancing your skills and abilities and above all … asking you to do something that makes you and others happy!

Rishilpi has benefited very much from the participation of volunteer workers from Overseas and Bangladesh.

There are two categories of volunteer: long-term volunteers (above 3 months), who often come to work at their chosen profession e.g. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Educator, Assistive Device Specialist, and many other fields. Short-term volunteers (below 3/6 months) work in any department at Rishilpi. Usually, a volunteer will have special interests or skills which lead him or her to work in a specific area. However, the need to be flexible and use one’s initiative is very important.

Secure accommodation on Rishilpi premises is provided at minimal cost for the duration of a volunteer’s stay at Rishilpi. Guest House and meal facilities are available.
